Agenda for the week
|
We are now in the third week of the Learning Circle. As you are all aware, this week marks the end of composing your research questions. The 2nd and 3rd week of the Learning Circle process are dedicated to completing this task. We hope you are all busy researching the best question to ask your partners of the Learning Circle.
Click on the Questions page and post your question in your school space.
Your question in this EFS LC is related to the activity that the students will do later; so what would you like to know from the other schools? Could be about saving energy, water, paper, cell phones, the way you travel to and from school, Also the 3 R's - Reduce, Reuse, Recyle might lead to questions that requiere research from students in your LC-partner schools. We are looking forward seeing your questions uploaded in the week ahead.

Important Information
|
Criteria for quality sponsored question:
- should be sent in time
- related to the theme of the LC
- clear definition without possible misinterpretation, taking into consideration cultural differences.
- one question unless clarification is required by the facilitator. The clarification could be in the form of 3-5 sub-questions to guide the research
- the question should be 'open' and initiate research, no 'closed question' that can be answered with Yes/No or very simple to answer
- the answer requires research
- the question should reflect international and global learning, and avoid focusing on one country or region
- if the question doesn't match these criteria facilitator will request to rework the question
|
Please remember the steps of posting information in Wiki space
Step 1: compose your question in your word processor E.g MS Word. Step 2: Copy the question to Notepad Step 3: Click on the "Edit" button above and paste your question in your class space Step 4: Click on the "Save" button to save your work
